Processing Time
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Domestic Shipping (United States Only)
- Standard Shipping: 1- 4 business days
- Note: Shipping times begin after order processing is complete and may vary based on product availability and location.
Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Geographic Coverage
- We currently ship exclusively within the United States
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time
Product Availability
- Most items are in stock and ready to ship
- If an item is backordered or out of stock, we'll notify you within 2 business days with an updated timeline
- You may choose to wait for the item or cancel that portion of your order for a full refund
Order Tracking
- Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships
- Track your package using the provided tracking number

Shipping Address Changes
- Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement
- Once an order has been processed, shipping addresses cannot be modified
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of damaged items
- Lost Packages: Contact us if your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe
- We'll work with our shipping partners to resolve any issues quickly
Holiday Shipping
- During peak seasons and holidays, processing and shipping times may be extended
- Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website
- We recommend placing orders early during holiday periods
Special Handling
- Fragile items (lighting fixtures, decorative pieces) receive extra protective packaging
- Large items may require special handling and extended delivery times
