Processing Time

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Domestic Shipping (United States Only)
  • Standard Shipping: 1- 4 business days
  • Note: Shipping times begin after order processing is complete and may vary based on product availability and location.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Geographic Coverage

  • We currently ship exclusively within the United States
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time

Product Availability

  • Most items are in stock and ready to ship
  • If an item is backordered or out of stock, we'll notify you within 2 business days with an updated timeline
  • You may choose to wait for the item or cancel that portion of your order for a full refund

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships
  • Track your package using the provided tracking number
  • For tracking issues, contact our customer service team

Shipping Address Changes

  • Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement
  • Once an order has been processed, shipping addresses cannot be modified
  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of damaged items
  • Lost Packages: Contact us if your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe

Holiday Shipping

  • During peak seasons and holidays, processing and shipping times may be extended
  • Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website
  • We recommend placing orders early during holiday periods

Special Handling

  • Fragile items (lighting fixtures, decorative pieces) receive extra protective packaging
  • Large items may require special handling and extended delivery times
